Changing Image Properties for Members Gallery Submission

All images MUST be in the following format.

Image format must be .jpg. Size must be in the region of 75K.

In PHOTOSHOP optimise your image brightness, contrast and colour, then crop image to proportion. THIS IS YOUR FINAL TUNING OF IMAGE PRIOR TO PUBLISHING. WEBMASTER WILL NOT MAKE CHANGES.

Image size (Portrait) BASE size 400 pixels by xxx pixels high, or (Landscape) BASE size 800 pixels by xxx pixels high. (xxx=proportionate height)

From Menu choose IMAGE/IMAGE SIZE-check 'constrain proportions'-enter in width box, 400 for portrait or 800 for landscape. Height will set automatically.

Choose FILE/SAVE FOR WEB, click on desired image. From small button on right select 'Optimize file size', enter 75 in 'Desired file size' box - Hit 'OK' - file size will change to around 75k. Hit 'Save', enter filename 'firstnamelastname - 'Save type choose 'jpg', choose location, hit 'SAVE'.

Email images to webmaster via link on home page. Or pass by CD or floppy disk.
